A great smoothie to start your day!

Ingredients:
1 serving, 206 kcal per serving
1 packet Golden Aojiru Young Barley Grass Powder
1 banana
2/3 cup milk
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions:
Cut banana into small pieces.
In a blender, add all ingredients then blend until smooth.
