A great smoothie to start your day!

Ingredients:

1 serving, 206 kcal per serving

  • 1 packet Golden Aojiru Young Barley Grass Powder

  • 1 banana

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cut banana into small pieces.

  2. In a blender, add all ingredients then blend until smooth.
